Creative Problem Solving study

For my dissertation study, I am looking for a research assistant to help code data for level of creativity and help me tag-team data entry. RA will gain experience in rater agreement meeting processes (good for those interested in I/O or who plan to do their own qualitative rater coding studies some day). I can accomodate 1-2 research credits, and am willing to provide teaching on agreement statistics, research design, etc. if the RA is interested in learning more about these topics (this is not a requirement, but I enjoy providing educational opportunities for my RAs if they are interested!).
